Coaching is a space to slow things down and make sense of what’s going on for you. Together, we explore your patterns, needs, and how your brain works, so you can find ways of living that feel more aligned with your wiring.
It’s not about being told what to do. It’s collaborative, non-judgemental, and led by you. There’s no pressure to perform or “get it right.” We go at your pace.
Coaching and therapy can overlap, but they often have different focuses.
Therapy may explore past experiences, trauma, or mental health in more depth.
Coaching is more focused on the present, understanding what’s happening for you now, what’s getting in the way, and what might help.
Some people move between therapy and coaching at different times, depending on what they need.
If at any point it feels like therapy would be more supportive, I’ll always say.
Coaching can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to make sense of patterns that aren’t working for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting, we do that together. If it turns out something else would support you better, we can talk that through.
A 60 minute session is often enough if you:
Ninety minute sessions can be helpful if you:
There’s no “right” way to do this. Some people prefer fewer, longer sessions with more space in between. Others prefer more frequent shorter sessions, especially if it takes time to access what’s really going on.

A single session will help you to catch a breath, and is a good place to start:
Three sessions will give you space to come back to things, notice what’s changing and build some momentum. It can be helpful if:
Six sessions will allow for a steadier pace, deeper exploration, change that has time to settle and take shape, getting you closer to that state of equilibrium. It is more suited if:
We can adjust as we go, depending on what works best for you.
No. You can start with a single session and see how it feels. If you’d like to continue, we can look at options together.
That’s completely okay.
You don’t need to come with a clear plan or the “right words.” We can start wherever you are, even if that’s “I don’t really know.” Part of the process is finding language for things that are hard to explain.
We can slow things down at any point. There’s no pressure to push through or keep going if something feels too much. We can pause, take a break, or shift focus.
The pace is led by what feels manageable for you.
