    I'm Pen, late diagnosed AuDHD at 50.


    For years, life felt like a shameful, sensory assault. As if I were stuck in an enormous, chaotic and relentless pinball machine. Hurtling from one spell of burnout to another, never quite able to catch my breath or find steady ground.

    A space to pause, untangle what’s going on, and find your next step. Sometimes you don’t know which way is up, or where to start. Catch a breath offers a steady, supportive, one to one space to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and leave with a little more clarity than you arrived with.


    This isn’t about overhauling your whole life. It’s about pausing the pinball machine, being seen and heard, and exploring one or two shifts that help you move forward.


    A steadying pause, not a push.

    £65 for a single 60 minute session / £85 for a single one and a half hour session


    Momentum offers a focused, short-term space for when something needs more than a single session, but doesn’t require ongoing support. 


    It’s for when things feel stuck, tangled, or hard to shift alone, patterns you’re noticing, decisions you’re circling, or ways of living that aren’t quite working.

    We take time to slow things down, make sense of what’s going on, and begin to explore changes that feel possible and sustainable.


    This isn’t about fixing everything. It’s about building momentum, gently moving forward in a way that fits you.

    £150 for three, one hour sessions / £226 for three, ninety minute sessions


    Equilibrium offers a more spacious, ongoing container for work that needs time, patterns that keep resurfacing, identity shifts, boundaries, communication, and learning to show up in ways that honour your wiring.


    Sessions are unhurried and non-prescriptive, allowing space to stay with what matters, integrate insight over time, and build a stronger sense of self.


    A steadier pace, with room to breathe and integrate.

    £278 for six, one hour sessions / £416 for six, ninety minute session
