Access to Work is a UK Government grant. It's designed to help people with disabilities (visible and hidden) start or stay in work through financial and practical support, including work coaching. If you are neurodivergent and working, employed, self-employed, freelance, or running your own business, you can learn here how the Access to Work grant works and request a coaching quote for your assessor.
You do not need a formal diagnosis to apply.

I offer Access to Work funded coaching for neurodivergent people who would like support with work, working life, and how they show up day to day.
If you’re applying for Access to Work funding and would like to work with me, you can request a coaching quote to include in your application or share with your assessor.

Step 2: Assessment
An assessor will contact you to talk about the support that may help you at work.
Step 3: Request a coaching quote
If coaching is recommended, you can request a quote from me to include in your application.
Step 4: Funding decision
Your assessor will make a decision about funding. If coaching is approved, we can arrange your sessions.
